AZVendor
I can't tell from that video whether the fan motor is running at full speed or not but it appears that the nut that holds the fan blade on has come off and that the fan occasionally catches the motor shaft and turns a bit. I'd say that you need to replace both the blade and the motor as the shaft threads are probably chewed up as well as the motor hub likely has too much play in it, and the blade probably has a worn hole and maybe even a damaged blade or two. Let me know if you need a blade and motor.
rmorris1953
Correct me if I am wrong but that fan blade looks to be on backwards. Might want to flip it over and retighten.
CajunCandy
Must be turning blade by hand? One of blades look bent pretty good. Replace whole set up and it should fix your problem. cajun
J and T Vending
I was turning fan by hand. Think I will replace fan and motor. Is fan pretty simple to wire back up. I think it only has two wires.
CajunCandy
One of blades is bent out flat looking, could you try to bend it back like the rest of them? It's worth a try. After looking at video good and stopping it. cajun
