Johnny shades
Should I agree to splitting the profit 50/50 to the owner of a very profitable grocery store on Gumballs and Peanut M&Ms?

If your only netting 5 bucks of that 30 then that stinks.
QuikVend
You're talking 50% split on gross sales. That's crazy high, especially for a candy location. Definitely renegotiate.
parrotthead
I would on gum but NEVER on peanut m&ms unless you have a 50 cent coin mech

BlindVending
So you pay your gas to buy the product, pick it up, wear and tear on car. Than you spend the time to make those things happen. Than you keep the machine properly serviced and maintained. Nice and clean. You pay for all of that out of your 50%, left with pennies while he does no work and receives 50% of gross. I need to hire that grocery owner as he seems to be a much better business man than me. Walk away man.
tevans62
I wouldn't do it.....and matter of fact, turned down that exact scenario today. They said they usually get 50/50 from their vendors, but I asked if they'd accept 20%. She said she would ask her partner. Hoping to hear back from them soon. It's for another flat vend 4 column machine in a sports bar/restaurant here in town.
