The units getting replaced are less than 8 months old. Last time I had an issue they had a replacement to me in a week. What up with them now? BlindVending Posted October 25, 2016 Share Posted October 25, 2016 It's beyond horrible. I made a similar post to this a month ago. I am now on month 3 and still have NO working units. They made an RMA for me which says will ship in 5 to 7 days. It's been weeks and still being processed. If I ever receive them the account these are going into will be my one and only with USA tech.
