Hi, you'll notice a little metal endpiece on the left hand side, it hold the rod that holds the flap in place. On one of my other machines the little piece is mising.

 

Does anyone know what this piece is called and where I can get one?

That looks like a delivery door - the PUSH door.  Is it?

I think we need a picture a little further away too.  It's like zooming in so close on a blade of grass and asking whose yard it is lol.

Haha I know the pic isn't the best. That is the push door that you see. There is a rod that holds it in place, on one end the rod has a little cap that keeps it in place and on the end​ in the pic, its just a little washer-like snap-on thingy. Makes it so the rod doesnt slide out, thus making the whole flap fall down and blocking product

The little shiny metal thing in the pic is just a rod with a (name here) on it, if that makes sense

There's nothing more that I dislike than changing out a delivery door.  The machine's parts manual would be your best friend for things like this, if you don't have the manual, do a Google search, you'll find it.
