AngryChris Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 I have been checking around but to no avail -- I cannot find out why my Royal 650's do not report cash sales via USA Tech readers. Card transactions are recorded but cash sales are not. In fact, I am getting no report from one machine right now but I believe that's due to a reception issue at the moment. Both of the 650's I am referring to have a white service mode button. I have not contacted USA Technologies yet, but I was hoping to find some insight regarding the issue. Thanks in advance! AZVendor Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 I think the board is too old for it. I doubt there is an eprom to update them with but maybe Capital Vending or Royal has one.
