AngryChris Posted July 27, 2017 Share Posted July 27, 2017 I think (not 100% sure) that on the GIII, you don't need to do anything to convert from 20oz to 16.9oz. You may need to move the rod that is used to convert the machine to cans as well. Again, I am not 100% sure. It should require no shims or programming changes though.. only the placement of the rod. I have only messed with that once, I think. As for the DN 501E, you'll need can shims since shims are based off of product width and 16.9 oz are the same width as 12 oz cans. Aside from that, you shouldn't need to do anything else. Changing the GIII should be much easier to do. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
