Restaurants in AZ

Recommended Posts

What are you doing in AZ?  Getting out of the frying pan and into the fire?  Though right now the temps are dropping down to the low 100s and we have none of your humidity yet.  Between Phx and Prescott on the I-17 is Rock Springs Cafe that is famous for their pie.  They have good food too.  We have all the chain restaurants here so you'll always find plenty of those.  Are you looking for special places?

I'm going to visit family.  It's not a well planned trip but sudden circumstances have sent me on this trip.  My wife and I are big foodies but I'm more into trying things I can't get anywhere else.  So, anything I can't get at home (or anywhere else in particular) get me interested.  The cafe sounds nice.  When I do travel, I tend to spend some bucks on food.  We would love to try places seen on food shows.  Doesn't really matter whether it's a fancy restaurant or a diner or even a food truck.  If it's special, we'll try to check it out.

Here is a cool link:   https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurants-g31323-Prescott_Arizona.html

I drove through Phoenix a month ago. Beautiful country from there through Tucson and south Texas. You might already realize that from Prescott, you're about 3 hours from the south rim of the Grand Canyon.

I checked that out a week ago lol.  Trip advisor often leaves out local gems.
