Jimmy
I have an AP 113 snack machine with a TRC-6000 Coin Mech. and it will not give change. And yes all change slots are full. I have replaced the board already.
orsd
Does it register a credit? When it should be giving change, is the display counting down as if it was giving change? If so is the mech trying to give change? Is there a motor sound?

AZVendor
If a credit stays on the display and it is an amount larger than the lowest price then you probably have multi-vend turned on and it's waiting for another selection to be made. This usually times out and refunds within a minute or so. You may have force vend turned on as well and if pushing the coin return doesn't pay the change then your coin mech is faulty too. Southeast Treats
Force vend is a setting used to keep people from using the machine as a bill changer just to get quarters... the customer has to at least make one selection to get any change. Multi-vend setting allows them to insert larger amounts and buy more than one item before dispensing change by pushing the coin return button to end their session. Multi-vend will eventually time out and give change; force vend usually times out without giving change if no selection was ever entered. Both are settings that tend to cause confusion with customers, although force vend usually only bothers those who just want change...
