BTVFC
All of the Nestle Waters bottles are terribly thin. The shim may solve your problem, and can also be used to vend 500ml Pepsi products in their skinny bottles. The shims are inexpensive (D&S has them for $7.25). You may still risk them jamming, though. I have found that the 700ml sport cap bottles fit well, and sell well for me. Yes, the unit cost is higher, and the capacity is less, but the bottles are less likely to jam. Just make up the higher cost of product by raising the price. AngryChris
If it is a 721 and not a 720, then you should only have to program the depth for 2 and adjust the back spacer. It should not vend 2 at a time. Your slides will likely need to be all the way toward the back of the machine, which is the middle of the rotor. AngryChris
I might be very wrong. You might need shims for 16.9 oz water, but not 16.0 oz water or 16.9 oz soda.
orsd
16.9 water from most brands are not vendible. Too soft. Only exceptions are small local brands that may use thicker plastic. I'm pretty lucky, as there is a local bottler supplying 16.9 oz bottles in a nice, thick straight wall package. Literally the perfect shape for vending. AZVendor
Nothing will vend a soft water bottle without issue. It must be a vendible bottle such as the 16.0 oz bottles from the regional bottlers of Nestle. NEVER use store brands or any bottle with the Nestle name itself on the bottle. Of course, if you can find Aqua Fina or Dasani in 16.9 or 20 oz that are nitrogen charged (hard when warm) then those will vend just fine.
