NeoMetra
Hello Everyone! I am fairly new to vending and I recently bought and put out a DN 601E. I was told by the guy I bought it from that it could vend cans but it turns out I need a shim for selection 1. I have cans in every other selection vending fine. Now I think I found the right parts but I am not sure about the shim or if this is really all I needed. I was hoping to get help from people with more experience. Thanks to anyone for there time and advice. Parts I think I need: 1. Can shim A: https://www.dsvendinginc.com/p-1862-d80570114001-dn-e-model-shim-can169-oz-bottle.aspx B: https://www.dsvendinginc.com/p-9233-d49707014043-dn-can-stop-shim.aspx 2. Rod and Spring A: https://www.dsvendinginc.com/p-7511-d80050383001-dn-501e600e-rod-spring-3-deep.aspx I don't see a difference between shim A and B. They look the same to me. Can I use either and is that all I need to make selection 1 vend cans?
lacanteen
Selection 1 is a wide column. You need 8 of these: https://www.dsvendinginc.com/p-1847-d80181204011-dn-e-model-shim-black-plastic-4-needed-per-side-for-cans.aspx

AngryChris
You wide column does not use rods.
