Recently, we started a website called VendingBusinessSolutions.com. This website is an all-encompassing site for all your vending needs in the vending business industry. I, Dominick Barbato, have been in the vending machine business for over 6+ years and have been frustrated with what is offered in the industry. About 2 years ago I set out to create Vending Business Solutions as the one-stop shop for all things vending related. We are starting off with just one product: a Charity Honor Box. Charity honor boxes are known and understand by most, but confusing to some. Honor boxes are just regular corrugated cardboard boxes that have a design on them and raise money for charity. We set out to raise money for feeding the hungry, so a portion of all the money inside the box on collection day goes back to giving meals to those that don’t have. Honor boxes could be called a “poor mans business” due to the low costs that they have to start and the low barrier to entry. If you never started a business, and are slightly philanthropic, this might be a business for you to look into. Our boxes are designed with you in mind. We want you to be able to make money, but we also want you to be able to donate to charity. Charity honor boxes are an amazing way for us to be able to raise money and feed the hungry each and every day. We, at Vending Business Solutions are so excited about our honor boxes and the future of what we can do to help you as a vendor! Youtube You can also look me up on Youtube and find recent videos I have done displaying honor boxes, what they are, and there earnings potential! Youtube.com/DominickBarbato

Angels' Crossing Vending Outreach Pledge Form View File Introducing Angels' Crossing Vending Outreach Program Purpose is to provide additional charities to choose from when doing charity vending. They help facilitate foster care and adoption services. Check out the website for more details. Angelscrossingtx.org They are local to South Texas but are interested in starting a national Vending Outreach Program in which I volunteered to help them setup. This is a new program for them and as I helped introduce them to this idea and create this program there was one goal for this program for both the charity and for the vendor. The goal was too keep it simple. There is a Vending Outreach Donor Pledge Form to fill out, Then after form is sent in labels will be provided for you for your vending machines. To help keep this simple and efficient labels will be provided and sent as a PDF and vendor can print, laminate, and use as needed. (Just keep in mind a pledge form is to be done first and also just like all Charity Vending Programs there is a lot riding on the honor system). More literature and brochures can also be requested as needed. $1 per month, per sticker, on location is the part of the pledge agreement, of course more is always appreciated. Pledge Form attached and available for d/l, you can send to me or directly to charity for labels. Submitter BCB434 Submitted 06/25/2017 Category Vending Tools

I put this spreadsheet together to help me with keeping track of most of the major things taking place i.e. gross, COGs, charity/commission, net profit, notes, keys, locations, etc. I have created some formulas within the sheet so that you only have to enter some information each time you service the machine, and the sheet will keep track of the rest. This is also a book with the final page "Totals" will total up your entire route for you. Fields in Yellow are Auto Fill, Fields in Blue are Manual. When completing the form with information from servicing, enter the requested numbers in the blue fields. The yellow fields will automatically update when you are finished. The "Totals" page is all autofill and will update from the information from across the book. To create new sheets, right click on any of the sheet tabs at the bottom of the book other than the totals sheet and select "move or copy",choose where you want the new sheet to appear and check the "create copy box". You will need to rename the newly created sheet by right clicking on the new tab at the bottom and left click on "rename" When you create a new sheet, you will need to update the "totals" page formulas to include the new sheets. To do this, left click on the yellow field. The formula will appear in the edit bar at the top of the page. You will need to edit the last number before the exclamation mark to the name of number of your newest page. For example: Change =SUM('1:4'!E7) to =SUM('1:99'!E7). Any suggestions on improvements to the form, the book, or my lousy instructions are welcomed. Hope a few people can make good use of this form. I will update once I have received some suggestions for improvements. ThanksFree- 3 comments
