kyle0050 Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 I have pushers on my snack machine to help stuff not get stuck but stuff still is getting stuck. So where is the best place for pushers to be put on the coils from your experience to help stuff not get stuck.
allen watson Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 I like to put them in the 1 o'clock position. I've seen them in the 6 and 10 o'clock position but have never tried them there. Seems like the just cut down on the stuck product but don't entirely eliminate it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Southeast Treats Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 I will experiment on pusher location for different products and different spirals. You also have to watch how well the product fits in the spirals; it should not be too tight and should rest on the tray and not across the spiral in most cases. Product can also jam if the row is too narrow or if the product is too tall for the shelf, or if the wind is blowing the wrong way or your eyes are crossed wrong.....
AZVendor Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 Or if the shelf is sticky from snack bag residue.
Chkoolaid1 Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Thank you for posting this! I've been guessing and experimenting but still struggle with Reese's, kit Kat's and for some odd reason munchies. 1 o' clock it is! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Chkoolaid1 Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 I implied test vending when I said experimenting. If there's a proper, more effective place for a pusher that's where I want it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
