Chard Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 The bucket is getting stuck open. not sure what to do Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
AZVendor Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 First, make sure ALL mounting screws are in place and tight. Second, make sure the cabinet is level and that the door is square with the cabinet. Third, visually check all the linkage while slowly operating the push door and look for bent linkage from someone forcing the door. As the linkage wears it can begin to bind up the doors and then if someone gets angry at it and forces the door they can bend the linkage.
Chard Posted April 3, 2017 Author Posted April 3, 2017 Ha ha! I lubricated all the linkages with silicone and actuated it a number of times. It works good now. However I've noticed over the past several years that the linkages are becoming worn. The machine looks great but I may have to consider putting a new door on it or just replacing the delivery bucket linkages if I can still get those. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk

Snickers Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 I would order some $1 price rolls for that and do away with .90 and .95
Chard Posted April 6, 2017 Author Posted April 6, 2017 I am surprised how depressed our market prices are. The very large Aramark type company here in town only very recently raised prices to $1
AZVendor Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 That's because Aramark, if that's who you're actually referring to, is one of the most poorly managed vending companies in the country. Their cafeteria management is even worse. They can't make a smart decision to save their lives. But they will brag about all of their meaningless awards. They used to have all the US Intel cafeterias and vending machines. After being in the accounts for many years Intel told them that they wanted Aramark to remodel the cafeterias with a new contract signing. Aramark thought about it and said no. Canteen took over all the Intel plants and Aramark walked away from a multi-million dollar account. I bought all the machines in their New Mexico plant and some in Arizona. Forward to today and they now sub out all of the vending (in Arizona anyway) except a little bit that their refreshment division (coffee service) does. Their cafeterias are only as good as the individual managers and Aramark has them on such tight labor and cost budgets that the service is horrible. In a large bank call center that works holidays, Aramark closes the cafeteria and walks away from thousands of dollars in business on every major holiday just to avoid holiday pay or overtime.
vendcobros Posted April 14, 2017 Posted April 14, 2017 Aramark does the same thing here in WA. They just sell the locations trying to grab some commission. Not a company to model your business off of.
