Lost on this one. If your asking for a list there isn't one.

Yup I'm asking for a list of the top companies who operates bulk vending machines...

Finding the name of the top dog (i.e. National Entertainment Network )was no problem even tho it is a privately held company but finding out who the other big national/international is hard....

Well coin star is back in the game. Then you have Sega, Service Vending, Vendomatic, They are the big guys. I have no clue how this info would be useful.

I couldn't any info on any of them besides Vendomatic. Their logistics and how they got to be so big are very useful info my quest to build my own lil empire:)

Don't know how big they are but Novelty Vending has quite a few machines around here. They have the Gino's Pizza and Tudor's Breakfast World accounts. Vendomatic is here as well. They have most of the grocery chains and Dollar Tree's.

Service Vending is a big thorn on my side. They will show up in every location that they can. They way to combat them is by giving great service and better comm. their cap is 30%. The reason for the cap is that there drivers are paid a comm. as well. And there service sucks. Many times you can get them kicked by paying 35 to 40%. I have kicked them in the well you know many times including last week. They are in the mid west and are in like 20 or so states. They will tell potential locations that they are nation wide lol. Sega operates out of Texas and has the entire south covered east to west including many mis west states. Vendomatic is in the northeast and are heavy in MD,VA,WVA,PA,NY,DE,NJ,OH. Coinstar is buying up many locations mostly in the west.

I got kicked out of a location I shared with service vending and the lady said she was going to get 50% from them.I think the old crappy machines they use look old and crappy.goes to show people will buy out of vending machines regardless of what type it is.usually they have 1 20 inch eagle?? 2 inch machine and oaks for 1 inch/gum.

Either the lady or the service guy is lying. Service Vending wont pay 50% anywhere. They cant because they have a ton of overhead. Two years ago they took out a 750,000 dollar loan to buy new machines and expand. So they are also loaded up with debt. I would guess that their bottom line profit is somewhere between 5 and 10% of sales. Remember that their drivers are all on comm. and they will lie to a location.

Many times vendors will offer 50% of the "profit" instead of gross sales. It is an old ploy that seems to still work especially with customers who don't ask to see numbers. I have yet to find a customer who can tell me how they verify profit. I guarantee you they are getting 30% of gross sales at best but the 50% pitch is what gets the vendor in the door.

The biggest vendors I know of:

Vendomatic

Cardinal

Gabriel/Richland Industries (huge in NY/NJ)

Coinstar

The biggest vendors in my own mind: LOL

What about Wal-Mart? It appears that the ones in my area have started a vending program. The machines are nice, new Oak racks. I thought it was privately owned until I asked this week. If they are doing their own vending machines country-wide then they'd be a huge player.
