jimwarneke
I have ,most of my pastries priced between $0.85 and $1.00, but they don't seem to move well. Also, the Cloverhill brand is stamped with a code, but I don't know how to read when they expire. I am wondering what most of you do ... do you rotate them weekly? How long do you leave them before they 'stale'? Is there a way to read the date code on Cloverhill products to make sure they are fresh? How long to pre-packaged pastries stay fresh in a machine? AngryChris
4 weeks from when they are thawed. I generally leave them in for four weeks before I remove them but it may be six weeks. A lot of vendors use a date labeling gun to stick thawed dates.

57thTom
It must be much more satisfying to work where somebody gives a dam. I wish I could.
Southeast Treats
Pastries usually do better in cool weather when people are drinking more coffee, but they should be a good year round item. The Big Texas Cinnamon Rolls are good items, as are the cheese danish and the cherry bear claws.
EddieMac
I use a pricing gun to put the date on them. Fours weeks from the freezer. Big Texas does great, then cheese and Jumbo. Cherry doesn't do too well, but that's my favorite one.
