Gamvend
Hi Guys, So I have an AP 7000 snack machine that was DOA this past winter. I brought it back to my warehouse and replaced the machine at the account with a working one. Now I'm finally getting time to get this machine ready for a new account. It has a UCB from vendors exchange. Where do I begin? I've never had this problem with a machine before. Thanks in advance
CajunCandy
Check fuse on board, I think I saw one on it. If not burnt, then you could have a bad board. In any case call VE and talk to support about the problem your having. cajun

Gamvend
I'll give that a shot. Thank you So maybe the circut board is bad? Behind where the on/off switch is?
rmorris1953
The first thing I would check is the power cord. Those machines are hard on the cords. Does the lights light up? If so then cord may be ok.

Gamvend
So I plugged this machine in and it powered right up? I'm not sure why but it's working now.
AngryChris
Where was it when it was "dead"? Perhaps the outlet was bad, it wasn't plugged in all the way, or there's a short somewhere. It could also be a loose power harness.
rmorris1953
So I plugged this machine in and it powered right up? I'm not sure why but it's working now. Check your power cord. Smashed maybe a broken wire.
CajunCandy
Breaker was tripped for outlet where machine was plugged into? Highly possible! Happen at one of my locations. After asking location to check breaker, sure enough it was tripped in breaker box! Cleaning people had tipped breaker and didn't say a thing! cajun
