  1. I'm having a problem with the cash reporting on my DN5594 (240v version of 5591) and am wondering if anyone has a fix. I have 2 machines with different eproms (0.61 and 0.81). Both machines do the exact same thing When a product is dispensed for cash, Nayax shows a single transaction for the correct value. When a product is sold via credit card Nayax shows a CC transaction for the correct amount, but then, 7 seconds later, shows a cash authorisation and settlement for 655.16. Value is the same for both machines. Nayax don't know, DN distributors in Australia don't know, 0.81 is latest eprom as far as I know, Any help appreciated.

  3. Coke is a minority shareholder in Body Armor. No guarantee they are always the distributor 🤑
  4. Try this manual for a HY900 - it has the keyboard I think you have.
  5. If you really want to go ahead... The InOne board is an option that will provide MDB (the current connection payment system connection scheme, and required for card readers).
  6. Operators Manual but after that you are pretty much on your own.
  7. Just a thought, have you adjusted the rear spacers to suit your products? If not have a look at pages 15 through 19 of the owners manual . If that all checks out OK you probably have a wiring issue with the sold out paddles, for which you'll have to do some investigating as wiring diagrams seem to be hard impossible to get.

  9. Sooo.., someone looked at you lying down?
  10. I suspect the bigger problem would be removing the box from the drop bin. I have yet to see a machine that would allow such an item to be removable from the drop bin, even if you could open it (I think the anti theft doors would jam on the product). If you really want to vend things this size, look at locker style vending machines/slave units which will still only allow a single product per door.
  11. I no longer have a Saeco machine, so running from memory and the manual I have: 1) Have you tried resetting the error log? 2) Check CN11 on the power card. There should be a pair of wires leading to the dump tray microswitch. If it's not there, jump the two pins together. If there chase the wires to the microswitch and make sure it's there and working.
  12. No Problem, maybe a small donation to keep the forum running.
  13. Have a look at this manual, I'm pretty sure the circuit you are asking about is the one highlighted on p 29.

  18. NO. A GFI looks at the current travelling in the active and neutral wires and trips if they are not balanced, which indicates that current is leaking to earth somewhere on the appliance side of the GFI. Most powerboards only have an overcurrent function which trips when the current is higher than the board allows. This protects against surges/lightening strikes, etc but does not trip for resistive earth faults. It will trip for short circuits in the appliance, but can still allow leakage to earth that does not draw a significant current. There are powerboards that have GFI's built in, and GFI's that have overcurrent circuit breakers, but they are not the norm, so don't blindly assume that what you buy does both.

  23. Would you care to share how to do it, so the next person with the same issue can find the answer here.
  24. I would have to wonder about the advisability of combining lap dances and massage chairs.
