I never missed a NAMA from 1988 to 2008, always there from open to close. But I was a distributor rep then. I attended the 2010 show for the first time as an operator and was not prepared for the attention operators get, especially if they find out you are a Canteen franchise, and I haven't attended since. I have a specific agenda, since I haven't seen any equipment since then. Focus will be Crane/Dixie Narco, USI, AMS, Newco, Bunn, Starbucks, Cafection, Follett, Gimme, Graphics That Pop, In-One, Vendo, VE, USAT, and Royal.
