Hey fellow vendors. We are going after a pretty big account (for us at least). Let’s hear some guesses on what you think a year’s worth of revenue will be.

Manufacturing plant. 200 employees. Monday-Friday. No night shift. 2 drink machines. 1 snack machine. 1 snack/sandwich machine.

Fire away.

I think the other guys may be right.  My production accounts often have at least 2 shifts which probably helps significantly with my numbers.  Many places with 35 employees (with only maybe 25 in actual production) can do 5k/year or about $200/manufacturing worker/year so I guess 30k-40k is more accurate for this account.

I see 30 K a year minimum, 600 a week with 4 machines, card reader equipped.  Could be as high as 800-900 a week, would need more machines or 2 services a week with the current equipment.

25K if you are close to mini marts, fast food and a roach coach comes by

32K if no roach coach, decent drive for mini mart and fast food

44K if out in the boonies

Looking back at my records looks like $17,700 is the average out of 5 of them.  If you have a large Asian population it will be around 30% of that figure.

I have several comparable accounts.

$100-$120 per head per year is about the going average doing snack and drink sales only.

I would go in with a projection of 20k/year gross, more if you plan to sell a significant amount of sandwiches or higher priced items.

Its what you take home that matters :)

I just started to use my software to see what my profits are.  I have realized that some accounts are far better than I realized and some much worse.
